Where the balance goes
Every call is held and then settled against the balance, as Hold, then settle shows, and balance_usd is what is left after the holds still open.
Chat is priced in dollars per million tokens and media per image, second or song. Each model's entry in the catalog shows its price and, where its maker publishes one, what it saves against the maker's list price, with the page and date that price was read from.
